What to include
A reply is quicker when we know what we are looking at. Where it applies, please tell us:
- What you were doing when the problem happened
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- The application version, shown in Settings › About
- Your device and its operating system version
- Whether Google Drive backup is connected
Please do not send passwords or the contents of your database in an email. We never ask for either.

We publish an email address rather than a postal address. If you need our business details in writing — for a procurement form, a data protection enquiry or a contract — email us and we will provide them.
