Easy Distribution
Terms of Service
The terms that apply to your use of Easy Distribution, including your responsibilities for your data, your backups and the optional Google Drive integration.
Effective date: 20 August 2026Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and ThinkInICT (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Easy Distribution application and this website.
By installing or using the application, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the application. If you are using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
2. Description of the service
Easy Distribution is software for pharmacy distribution businesses. It helps you record and manage products and prices, stock, customers and suppliers, purchases, sales invoices, credit sales and collections, customer and supplier returns, deliveries, expenses and reports, and it can produce invoices and receipts, including printing to a compatible Bluetooth thermal printer.
The application is offline-first: your records are stored in a database on your device and the application works without an internet connection. Optionally, it can back up an encrypted copy of your data to a private folder in your own Google Drive account.
Features vary by version and by how your installation is configured. Nothing in these Terms is a promise that a particular feature will exist, continue to exist, or be suitable for a particular purpose.
3. Licence and permitted use
Subject to these Terms and to any separate commercial agreement between us, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Easy Distribution for the internal business purposes of your own distribution business.
You may not:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the application to anyone else;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
- remove, obscure or alter any branding, copyright or ownership notice; or
- use it to build or operate a competing product.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter — the application records what you tell it, and reports are only as accurate as the documents behind them;
- complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your business, including any pharmaceutical distribution, licensing, record-keeping, invoicing and tax obligations in your jurisdiction;
- checking that documents produced by the application, such as invoices and receipts, meet those obligations before you rely on them;
- keeping backups, as set out in section 6; and
- the conduct of anyone you allow to use the application on your device.
Easy Distribution is a record-keeping tool, not professional advice. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, regulatory or pharmaceutical advice, and it is not a substitute for your own professional advisers.
5. Account and device responsibilities
The application does not require you to create an account with us, and we do not issue you with a password. Access to your business records is controlled by physical and operating-system access to the device they are stored on.
You are therefore responsible for:
- securing the device — a lock screen, device encryption where available, and keeping the operating system updated;
- controlling who can use the device and therefore who can see and change your records; and
- the security of any Google account you connect, including using a strong password and two-step verification.
Anyone with access to an unlocked device on which Easy Distribution is installed can see and change the business records on it. Please treat the device accordingly.
6. Your data and your backups
Your business data belongs to you. We claim no ownership of the records you create, and — as explained in the Privacy Policy — we do not receive a copy of them.
Because your records are stored on your device, they can be lost with that device. Loss, theft, damage, failure of the storage, an uninstall, or a device reset can all destroy them. Maintaining current backups is your responsibility. The application provides the tools — backup to the device and, if you connect an account, backup to your own Google Drive — but it cannot make you use them, and we cannot recover data you have not backed up.
We recommend you take a backup regularly, keep at least one copy somewhere other than the device itself, and test a restore before you need one in an emergency.
Restoring a backup replaces the data currently on the device. Please read the confirmation the application shows you before you proceed.
7. Google Drive integration
Connecting a Google account is optional and is entirely your choice. The application does not require it in order to run.
- The application requests a single Google permission, the application data folder scope, described in full in the Privacy Policy. It gives the application access to its own hidden folder and to nothing else in your Drive.
- Backups are stored in your Google Drive account, not on our servers. They count towards your Google storage quota, and they are subject to Google’s own terms and availability.
- The application keeps the five most recent backups and removes older ones automatically after a successful upload.
- You can disconnect the account in the application, and revoke access entirely through your Google Account settings, at any time.
- We are not responsible for Google’s services. If Google changes, restricts, suspends or discontinues the APIs the feature depends on, or if your Google account becomes unavailable, the backup feature may stop working through no fault of ours.
Your use of Google’s services is governed by your agreement with Google.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Easy Distribution:
- for any unlawful purpose, or to record transactions that are unlawful;
- to falsify business records, invoices, tax documents or regulatory records;
- to interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, including Google’s; or
- in any way that infringes the rights of others.
9. Intellectual property
The application, this website, and all software, source code, design, text, graphics, logos and branding within them are owned by ThinkInICT or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The name Easy Distribution and its logo are our marks.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you. You receive only the licence described in section 3.
Google, Google Drive and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.Easy Distribution is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC.
10. Availability and support
Because the application runs on your device and stores your data there, it does not depend on us being online in order to work. We do not, however, guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, free of defects, or compatible with every device, operating system version or printer.
Support is provided by email at support@app.thinkinict.com. Unless we have separately agreed a support contract with you, support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, with no guaranteed response time. Our support guide covers common topics.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Distribution is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the application will meet your requirements, that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every defect will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkInICT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or loss or corruption of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the application — even if we have been advised that such loss was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the application and these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the application in the twelve months before the claim arose, or the equivalent of one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Changes to the application
We may add, change, or remove features, issue updates, and discontinue support for older versions or for particular devices and operating system versions. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice.
Where a change would alter how Google user data is handled, or require a new Google permission, you will be asked to review and approve it before it applies to you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms. The revised version will be published at https://app.thinkinict.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the application after that date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the application and, if you wish, remove it from your device.
15. Termination
You may stop using Easy Distribution at any time by uninstalling it. You may disconnect the Google integration separately, without uninstalling anything.
We may suspend or terminate the licence granted in section 3 if you materially breach these Terms — in particular sections 3 or 8 — or where we are required to do so by law.
Before you uninstall, export or back up your data. Uninstalling removes the database from the device, and we cannot recover it for you. Backups already in your Google Drive remain in your Google account until you delete them, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sections 6, 9, 11, 12 and 16 survive termination.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country in which you reside.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
